Dell and CoreWeave Push AI Reliability Beyond the Rack
Dell Technologies and CoreWeave have built a co-engineering partnership that moves AI infrastructure reliability upstream, resolving firmware, mechanical and cooling requirements before systems reach production. Dell director Sarat Krishnan described building modular rack-scale systems that adapt to varied facility power and cooling configurations, while CoreWeave VP Jacob Yundt highlighted mutual benefits from shared supply chain and operational expertise. CoreWeave's Racky rack manager is now integrated at Dell's L11 factories, including joint leak detection work. For Nvidia Vera Rubin deployments, the pair say the unit of compute has expanded from a single rack to an entire data hall or data center.
