Decart Raises $300M at $4B Valuation

AI startup Decart.ai has raised $300 million at nearly a $4 billion valuation, led by Radical Ventures with backing from Nvidia, Adobe Ventures, Toyota Ventures, and angel investor Andrej Karpathy. The funding accompanied the launch of DOS 2.0, an optimization platform that compresses chip-specific AI model tuning from months to weeks, enabling agents to process over 1,600 tokens per second. Decart also develops two world models: Lucy, which modifies real-time video streams for uses like virtual try-ons and robot training data, and Oasis, which generates 3D simulated environments. Both run on DOS. The company plans to release updated versions of Lucy and Oasis in the coming weeks.
