Cyera Raises $400M, Hits $12B Valuation

Cybersecurity startup Cyera has raised $400 million from Goldman Sachs as an extension to its Series G round, pushing its valuation beyond $12 billion. The company sells a cloud platform helping enterprises locate and secure sensitive data across dozens of systems. Cyera has recently expanded into AI agent security, launching Agent Guardian and Cyera Endpoint to protect business data from AI-related threats. It also completed a $1 billion acquisition of Oasis Security, which secures nonhuman identities used by AI agents. New funds will support AI security development and expansion into federal and international markets.
