Copado Adds Headless AI Agents to Salesforce DevOps

Copado has expanded its Agentia AgentOps platform with Headless, embedding AI agents directly into developer tools via Model Context Protocol and command-line interfaces. Developers can now automate tasks without leaving their coding environment, with agents handling governance, conflict detection and release management in the background. The update targets the manual overhead slowing software delivery. Copado cited customer examples including 216 hours of annual manual deployment steps and three weeks spent on regression testing. The company claims Agentia's embedded governance can help enterprise teams move up to 70% faster while reducing production defects.
