Clockwork.io raises $31M to fix GPU cluster failures
Clockwork Systems Inc. has raised $31 million in a round co-led by Seligman Ventures, Wing Ventures, and Premji Invest, bringing its total funding to $73 million. The startup makes software that sits between GPUs and AI workloads to detect failures before they trigger full cluster restarts, which can idle thousands of GPUs for up to 90 minutes. Clockwork also launched TorchSnap, a new feature that captures multinode snapshots of distributed AI inference workloads without requiring code changes. Customers include LinkedIn, Together AI, and WhiteFiber.
