Claude Gets Invisible AI Watermarks for Transparency

Anthropic will embed invisible watermarks in text and metadata in files generated by Claude, making AI-produced content machine-detectable. The move aims to comply with European AI transparency regulations. The watermarks are undetectable to human eyes but will help people and online platforms identify Claude-generated content. Anthropic announced the changes on a new Claude support page.
