Claude Can Now Access Your 1Password Credentials

1Password has launched a browser integration allowing Claude to access stored usernames and passwords. The feature enables the Anthropic chatbot to complete multi-step tasks like booking travel and managing online accounts on users' behalf. Crucially, 1Password says the integration does not expose security credentials directly to Anthropic's AI models, meaning users can authorize Claude to act for them without manually entering login details or compromising their security information.
