ChatSee Raises $6.5M for AI Agent Failure Memory
ChatSee.AI has raised $6.5 million in seed funding led by True Ventures to build a failure intelligence layer for enterprise AI agents. The platform observes agent failures, preserves context, captures fixes, and feeds that knowledge back to prevent future errors across systems.
The company has catalogued over 10,000 enterprise agent failure examples across 157 categories, going beyond hallucinations to subtler issues in reasoning and execution. As AI agents move from pilots into core business operations, ChatSee aims to become the memory layer that captures what failed, why, and how to stop it recurring.
