Bybit Launches AI Sub-Account For Safer Trading

Bybit has rolled out a new AI sub-account feature to all users as of May 20, 2026, creating an isolated environment for running AI trading agents without putting main portfolio funds at risk. The launch comes as crypto hacks have already surpassed $770 million in losses this year. The ringfenced setup gives traders dedicated controls to limit exposure while using automated AI tools.
