Atlassian Adds Visual AI Tools, Agents to Confluence

Atlassian has launched new AI features in Confluence, including Remix, a visual tool in open beta that converts stored data into charts and graphics without leaving the platform. Three new third-party agents also integrate with Lovable, Replit, and Gamma to turn documents into prototypes, apps, and presentations. The updates reflect a broader industry shift toward embedding AI directly into existing workflows rather than launching standalone platforms. Atlassian made a similar move in February by adding AI agents to Jira, joining companies like Salesforce and OpenAI in prioritizing workflow integration over separate AI products.
