Arcade Raises $60M for AI Agent Authorization
Arcade AI Inc. has secured $60 million in Series A funding led by SYN Ventures, with participation from Morgan Stanley and Wipro. The round follows a $12 million seed raise last year for the company, founded in 2024 to simplify how enterprises authorize AI agents to access business applications.
Arcade's platform replaces custom-built authorization code with prepackaged tools that integrate with corporate identity systems to manage agent permissions. It uses OAuth 2.0, encrypted token storage, and action-level access controls to reduce security risks. The new funding will expand its agent governance features and MCP tool catalog.
