Anthropic Warns Investors: These Platforms Can't Sell Our Shares

The company states any such sales or transfers not approved by its board are void and will not be recognized. Several named firms pushed back, with Forge claiming it was listed in error and Sydecar saying it only acts administratively. The warning comes amid surging investor demand for Anthropic shares on secondary markets, with one platform reporting over $1 trillion in aggregate inquiries in just three months.
