Anthropic Unifies Claude Chat and Cowork Interface

Anthropic is merging its Claude chat and Cowork tools into a single unified interface, eliminating confusion over which tab to use for different tasks. The update also integrates Artifacts and Claude Design into one window, with Claude automatically routing requests to the appropriate feature. The company is also introducing dedicated presentation and document tools, letting users create, edit, and share slides or docs across web, desktop, and mobile. These features are rolling out first to Pro and Max plan subscribers, with free and team tiers to follow later.
