Anthropic Targets Small Businesses With New AI Suite

Anthropic has launched Claude for Small Business, a new suite of AI tools aimed at smaller companies rather than large enterprises. Available through a toggle in Claude Cowork, the platform offers bookkeeping, business insights, ad campaign tools, and integrations with QuickBooks, Canva, DocuSign, HubSpot, and PayPal. The move signals a broader expansion of AI platform competition into the small business market, which represents 44% of U.S. GDP. Anthropic trails OpenAI, which launched enterprise offerings in 2023. To promote the new features, Anthropic plans a 10-city tour offering free AI training workshops to 100 small business leaders per stop.
