Anthropic is close to acquiring Israeli AI startup Decart in a $6 billion deal, set to create new billionaires among its shareholders. The transaction would mark a major milestone for the Claude-maker as it eyes a historic IPO. Decart shareholders are backing the deal believing Anthropic shares offer greater returns, given the company's plans for what could be the largest IPO in history at a $2 trillion valuation. Decart was founded by Dean Leitersdorf and Moshe Shalev.
