Anthropic Launches $100M Academy to Train Engineers
Anthropic has launched Claude Frontier Academy, backed by a $100 million commitment, aiming to train 10,000 Frontier Deployed Engineers by end of 2027. The program follows a medical residency model: engineers complete a multi-day in-person session with Anthropic staff, work through a simulated enterprise deployment, then lead a real Claude project at their own organization over 12 weeks. First cohorts include engineers from Accenture, Bain, Capgemini, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Deloitte, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley, and Novo Nordisk, running in San Francisco, New York, and London.
Engineers can only join if their own organization nominates them, after checking eligibility with Anthropic.
