Anthropic Files Confidentially for IPO

Anthropic has confidentially filed to go public, with its listing expected to value the AI company above $965 billion. The announcement comes as the company may have just closed its first profitable quarter, with annualized revenue topping $47 billion — more than triple its February figure. Key growth drivers include Claude Code, which surpassed $2.5 billion in annualized revenue, and over 500 enterprise customers spending more than $1 million annually. Anthropic has also committed to massive infrastructure deals with Amazon, Broadcom, Google, and SpaceX, totaling well over $100 billion in spending commitments.
