Anthropic expands Cyber Verification Program into three tiers

Anthropic has restructured its Cyber Verification Program into three access tiers for vetted security teams, while folding in Project Glasswing. The tiers are Defense Access for defensive work like incident response, Red Team Access for authorized penetration testing, and Specialized Access for organizations cleared to test critical infrastructure like power grids. Claude Opus 5.5, Sonnet 5.5, and Mythos 5.1 are available at all tiers. Glasswing partners found over 129,000 verified vulnerabilities between April and July, with more than 33,000 rated critical or high severity. The program runs on Claude Platform, Google Vertex AI, and Microsoft Foundry.
