Anthropic Blocks AI Models Amid National Security Order

The government ordered Anthropic on Friday to block access to its Fable 5 and Mythos 5 models for all foreign nationals, citing national security concerns. The order also applies to Anthropic employees. To comply, Anthropic has cut off access to both models for all customers entirely, with no exceptions currently in place.
