AMD MI350P Targets Enterprise AI GPU Market

AMD is challenging hyperscaler dominance in the AI GPU market with its new Instinct MI350P, a PCIe-based air-cooled GPU designed for standard enterprise servers. Running at 450 watts with 144GB of HBM3E memory, the card targets inference workloads and ships with ROCm 7 and AMD Inference Microservices for simplified deployment. Dell Technologies is offering remote proof-of-concept access to MI350P-equipped PowerEdge servers through its Customer Solution Center, allowing enterprises to test before committing to full purchases. AMD says the out-of-box software stack eliminates the specialist expertise that has historically made GPU deployments inaccessible to mainstream IT teams.
