Amazon Connect Launches Four Agentic AI Solutions
Amazon is expanding its Connect platform into four purpose-built agentic AI solutions: Connect Decisions for supply chain optimization, Connect Talent for accelerated hiring, Connect Customer for customer engagement, and Connect Health for clinical support. Each is designed to integrate into existing workflows rather than forcing companies to rebuild their processes.
The solutions draw on Amazon's own operational scale, including managing 400 million SKUs, hiring 250,000 seasonal workers, and handling millions of daily customer interactions. Early adopters include Wells Vehicle Electronics and TVS Motors, which are already using Connect Decisions to transform supply chain operations.
