Arceus Legal, an AI-driven law firm offering flat-fee legal services to fast-growing companies, has raised $17 million led by Greycroft LP. The firm uses licensed attorneys working alongside its proprietary CounselOS platform to handle commercial contracts, with most reviews completed in three to five hours at $500. Clients receive live updates via Slack and email, and the system integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot and Gmail. The funding will support hiring of attorneys, engineers and AI researchers at its San Francisco headquarters as Arceus expands beyond contracts into employment and privacy matters.
